In your group if you have an event that happens regularly like a weekly training or monthly appointments (for instance in a sports team or club), you can set it as a recurring event. When creating an event, look for an option labelled ‘Recurrence’ and choose the frequency and duration of the recurring event, this will automatically create multiple RSVP's at the specified intervals.
Yes, you add a max limit when creating the RSVP, when this number is met members can opt to go on the waitlist for when a spot opens up.
Yes, the host can switch on the waitlist function for members to select if they didn't get a spot in the max limit set.
When a spot opens, everyone on the waitlist will get an email and push notification. The first to accept secures the space, saving the host from chasing replies or relying on a strict order.
The host has the option to add certain members to a Priority List on the RSVP's, these members get the notifications upto 24 hours before the rest of the members.
Yes, you simply add your children to your personal profile to start with, then in any groups that require children to be accounted for you can click on the switches button and switch your children into the group, from there you can accept or decline them on any of the RSVP's.
Absolulty, there are 10 colour choices for the border of the RSVP's, this allows users to easily identify RSVP types (home / away / training / etc) as they scroll through.

Yes, there is a switch in the RSVP creation to select auto add, it's set default off, but by switching on, it adds the RSVP creator to all dates fo this particular recurring event, the host can easily manually decline any of them from main RSVP.

After signing up, you can set up or edit your profile by clicking the profile button on the bottom of the Command Hub screen. From here you can add children, upload a profile picture, filling in information like your name and various contact details and socials, and add a personal or professional bio. You can also select ‘private’ to hide all your info.

To upload images, open the group and swipe to the gallery screen and look for the upload symbol in the top right hand corner. After selecting this, you can choose images from your device's gallery or take a new photo. The other guests in the group will then be able to download and save any images they wish. Yes, the host can add as many external links as required, so for instance they can add such things as the hotel, restaurant, airport, event facility or anything that will help the guests find or see where they are going.
Using Google integrated maps, the host provides the event locations which are displayed as maps with directions to the event location.
To chat, first tap on the group and it will open directly on the chat page, then simply type the same way as you do with all other chat apps or SMS. Members can also reply to previous post, add emojis and copy text.

Members are invited via a join code link, which can be sent through WhatsApp, email, SMS, Messenger, or any social platform.

To create a poll, open the group and head to Info Hub then click on the Add/Edit button and look for the option to create a new poll or vote. As the host you will be prompted to enter a title for the vote, your question and possible answers or options, including allowing multiple answers option. Invitem has a unique feature to allow images to be voted on as well as text.
Results are displayed in real-time within the app, showing the number of votes for each option and who has voted. Once a member has voted they can see the overall result and change their votes.
Users can simply hide all contact details with a private setting switch or edit their real name if they wish. There is also an option in the group for the host to set all members to private, this is great for groups with a mix of younger and older members.
