FC Bracknell football club and Invitem
When you’re running a grassroots team, so much of your time disappears into organising things. Before we started using Invitem, everything was spread across WhatsApp chats and it felt like we were constantly chasing replies or repeating the same information.
Using Invitem just made life easier. Having training details, match info, and player availability all in one place meant everyone knew what was going on without loads of back and forth. It definitely cut down the confusion and last-minute messages.
What I liked most was that it helped things feel more organised without adding extra work. Our coaches could focus more on the players, parents had clearer communication, and overall things just ran more smoothly week to week.
The support from Invitem outside the app was also really appreciated. They provided winter jackets for the squad, which honestly made a huge difference during cold evening training sessions and gave the boys a real sense of togetherness.
